When we rewild, we tap into the power of oneness and mindfulness, connecting with our intuition and senses in a deeper way. We will explore and embrace our interconnectedness with all living beings and recognize ourselves as part of the greater ecosystem.

One of the practices you will be doing in this course is breathing practices. Through breathing practices we learn to quiet the noisy mind, and experience a sense of calm and clarity. We cultivate personal leadership, taking charge of our lives and creating a path towards a meaningful life.
